Your Right to Cancel Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation Period:
The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you received the Goods, or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the delivered product.

How to Exercise Your Right of Cancellation:
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision clearly. You can notify us by:

Refunds:
We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The Goods are unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that are perishable or have expired.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Refunds for Regular-Priced Items Only:
Only Goods at regular prices may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

Returning Goods

  • Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returning Goods are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of returned Goods.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
